Anne Maria Udsen works with painting and installation, creating exhibitions nationally and internationally. Her practice explores the interplay between material, time, and transformation, where metal oxidation, light, and chemical reactions shape ever-changing surfaces.
Debut at the Royal Academy of Art in London (2001) and earlier (1995), she has held numerous solo exhibitions, including at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm (2025). Her works reflect on nature’s fragility, traces of time, and the beauty found in decay and renewal.
