Vi är ett litet fastighetsbolag med 22 lägenheter i Skottlanda som ligger mitt i Rudskogabygden. I vårt område finns också en förskola med ca 30 barn samt ett servicehem med 10 boende. Här trivs alla från det lilla barnet till åldringen. På andra sidan vägen ligger lanthandeln. En av lägenheterna kallas Träffpunkten. Där bedrivs studieverksamhet, servering av "Dagens lunch" en dag i veckan. Den kan även användas för egna fester eller övernattning.
