We produce thermoplastic components in our injection molding machines with a lock force from 50mt to 1300mt. All machines are equipped with robotized automation cells for component handling and assembly. The components are typically used as surface class A interior or exterior components for heavy trucks or passenger cars.

Plastic injection molding
Sheet metal processing
We produce sheet metal components in mechanical and hydraulic presses in a range from 60t - 500t press force. The sheet metal forming are mostly based on typebound toolings with both automatic and manual production, depending on the complexity and serial volume of the final product.
Pipe processing
Our robotized production cell bends, cuts and punches round or square-shaped pipes with automised robot handling. The production cell is focused on medium to large series production. After treatments of pipe constructions typically include welding, soldering or surface treatment.
Assembly
We make many types of assembly in our operations, both based on purchased as well as internally manufactured components. Each customer project is unique but throughout our history we have gained experience in the following areas of assembly.

Methods: Automated assembly, semi-automatic assembly, manual assembly
Fasteners: Tape, glue, screws, clips
