The Northern Lights meet Manhattan. Visitors to the Luleå region are in for a real treat with its wide range of fabulous local produce including vendace roe, surströmming, ceps, char, venison, cloudberries, black grouse and almond potatoes. Top chef Marcus Samuelsson has now brought his inspiration and creativity from New York to put together a fabulous menu that perfectly combines these local delights with the flavours of Manhattan.
The Kitchen & Table bar is the restaurant’s main meeting point, with a constant stream of locals and visitors from further afield. This is the perfect place for after-work drinks, an apéritif, or a late-night catch-up with friends and colleagues.
The bar offers a good selection of spirits, wine and bubbles served by the glass, as well as a great assortment of local and international beers. Our cocktail menu is inspired by true Manhattan Classics and the local surroundings of our destination and the bar manager’s own creations – the Not-So-Classics. You can even enjoy some snacks to share, burgers or salads.
The bar has generous opening hours and it’s always available for larger groups. It’s also the heart of our event calendar with DJs and live music to entertain and surprise our guests.
